The Connected Leader Workshop Series
Rehumanizing the Workplace Through
Relational Leadership
Beyond the Armor:
A Path Back to Yourself
Let's be honest about what it feels like to hold the line every single day.
You carry the weight of strategy, the pressure of performance, and the quiet expectation that you must have all the answers. In the quiet moments between back-to-back meetings, the fatigue you feel isn't just physical—it's the deep exhaustion of pretending that carrying everything alone is sustainable. It feels like a cycle with no exit: more work piling on, less time to breathe, and an invisible wall growing between you and the people you lead.
But feeling isolated does not mean you are failing. It means you are human, navigating a system that has forgotten how to care for the people who power it.
There is another way to live and lead—one where you don't have to compromise your well-being to achieve your vision. The missing piece of the equation isn't a new productivity hack or a tighter strategy. It is genuine human connection. When we intentionally shift from isolation to community, the heavy burden of leadership transforms into a shared, collective experience.
You don't have to figure this out alone. Together, we will look honestly at the patterns that keep you running on empty, and co-create a hopeful, practical path back to a leadership practice that actually feeds your soul, restores your joy, and brings you back to life.
By self-selecting into this unique peer cohort, you are stepping out of corporate isolation and into a high-trust, psychologically safe environment. This interactive online experience utilizes the AGES method (Attention, Generation, Emotion, Spacing) to ensure you gain maximum relational skill retention with minimal disruption to your week.
How it will help you:
Build Connection Literacy: Learn practical, micro-relational toolkits to normalize deep conversations around workplace belonging. Gain the behavioral fluency to recognize when team members are quietly disengaging and break through communication blocks before they impact performance.
Unlock High-Quality Performance: ystemic isolation actively causes cognitive fatigue. By cultivating a targeted peer network and practicing active listening without advice-giving, you restore your strategic clarity, emotional resilience, and capacity for team empathy.
Thrive Beyond the Office: Relational leadership is a living system that starts with the self. The tools you practice here will fundamentally restore your presence and energy, allowing you to cultivate deeper, more fulfilling connections with your family, friends, and community outside of work.

In today’s fast-paced corporate environment, leaders are subtly coached to exchange vulnerability for armor.
We hide systemic exhaustion behind a mask of unwavering confidence.
We manage rising workloads, siloed teams, and transactional communication entirely on our own—assuming that professional isolation is simply the unavoidable tax of leadership.
But loneliness is a systemic design flaw, not an individual failure.
When organizational systems focus exclusively on output metrics, the relational substrate of the team erodes. This hidden isolation directly blocks strategic foresight, stifles team innovation, and drives high-performing executives to the brink of quiet withdrawal.
There is a more sustainable, high-leverage way forward. Together, we will step away from daily operational friction to build practical, micro-relational pathways back to authentic, deeply engaged leadership.
3 Hours. 1 Week. Lasting Change.
This series is deliberately designed to fit into a demanding corporate schedule,
moving progressively across three focal layers
MONDAY, JUNE 22 • 6:30-7:30PM CST
VIRTUAL
Session 01
The Self
This session offers a rare, dedicated space to step away from the noise of "doing" and step into the conscious practice of self-leadership. By examining our inner landscapes—confronting blind spots, navigating stress through somatic awareness, and trading defensive egos for curious, deep listening—we build the psychological safety that modern teams require to thrive in uncertainty.
THURSDAY, JUNE 25 • 6:30-7:30PM CST
VIRTUAL
Session 02
Self + Others
This module explores human interactions, stepping away from compulsive assumptions and automatic judgments. You will learn how to navigate the inevitable tensions and friction that arises in teams, reframing them as opportunities for co-creation. We will also dive more deeply into active and reflective listening practices that help us to engage with curiosity, building the bridges of connection.
SUNDAY, JUNE 28 • 6:30-7:30PM CST
VIRTUAL
Session 03
Self + Others + Systems
Isolation isn't an individual burden; it’s an organizational structure issue. In this final session, we look at the macro-systems we live and work within. We will explore alternative frameworks like Circular Economics—challenging the frantic push of growth-at-all-costs metrics—and add in measures of human well-being, trust, and connection.

About me
Hello, I’m Jenna Leskela. For over two decades, I have navigated the complex terrains of large corporations, leading teams through the ambiguities of corporate strategy and visual design. Alongside my corporate path, I have spent the last ten years embarking on an intentional, deeply transformative spiritual journey. As a certified energy healer and practitioner trained at the Modern Mystery School, I have learned to see organizations and individuals not as static machines, but as living, breathing energetic ecosystems that require care, alignment, and presence to truly thrive.
My paths converged during my Master’s journey in Creative Leadership at the Minneapolis College of Art and Design (MCAD), giving birth the first “Connected Leader Workshop Series,” designed to equip current and aspiring leaders with the relational skills needed to heal the modern epidemic of workplace isolation.
By weaving together the structural insights of decentralized business models with the human-centric art of Authentic Relating and Non-violent Communication, I help leaders move away from top-down control and toward self-organizing, evolutionary practices. I believe that when we intentionally design spaces of psychological safety, work ceases to be a forced exertion. Instead, teams naturally become epicenters of collaboration and innovation, capable of changing their workplaces—and the wider world—for the mutual thriving of all life.
