It is essential that first leaders must know themselves, their strengths, how they listen, what triggers them, how they deal with anxiety before they can effectively connect with others. Session 1 will start developing this awareness.
02 / Self + Others
Session 2 will build on self-awareness and bring in communication skills that help us relate effectively to others to build authentic connection.
03 / Self + Others + Systems
Not only must leaders master themselves, consciously connection with others, but they must also understand the systems they are operating within in order to have the proper understanding of how to build psyhcology safety that fosters true connection.
